From the very beginning, Michael was super helpful, friendly and professional. Everything went super smooth from the beginning to the end. Michael kept us informed about what was happening. The crew was friendly and we couldn't be happier. They were super clean and Michael and Andrea even came back by after the crew left and did a double check to make sure all the nails were picked up. Just an added touch that we appreciated and you don't always see today. We would highly recommend them!!

My new roof looks great and it really improves the appearance of the house. I got several quotes, and Altmann Roofing's quote was very competitive for an excellent quality roof. David was very helpful with his knowledge of how to handle details that I wanted to take care of when the roof was replaced. I also appreciate his advice in helping select the color.

I've been working with Altmann roofing for the last 7 months on both our primary residence as well as a rental unit we own. In both cases, our resource from Altmann, Brad, has been incredibly professional, very friendly, prompt and proactive in his communication. From the first day we met him, Brad has been very straightforward and clear about how things would go, what our out of pocket costs would be (both were insurance claims) and just excellent at letting us know what our options were. Brad handled nearly all of the interactions with the insurance company and the adjusters, limiting most any involvement on our part. Both roofs went in fast (1-2 days) and they did a great job cleaning up after.
When things went less than smoothly, Brad jumped in and fixed the problem. Like someone else reported, we had a leak after the roof was done, undoubtedly not an uncommon occurrence with this type of work (my father in law has 7 rentals, says this happens all the time). Brad had the roofer back on site in less than a week and they addressed the problem. In addition, we are in the process now of replacing the damaged tiles in my basement ceiling as a result of the leak. In my opinion, a professional inspires confidence both when things are going well and especially when they aren't. Altmann roofing and Brad specifically, nailed it. Couldn't be happier.
